Bay Area Community Events

Players start with a baseline rating. Match wins, losses, ties, and opponent strength affect rating movement.

Points are tracked separately from ELO and can represent event performance, placement points, and season standings.

Only approved events count toward official rankings. Community events can exist without affecting ELO.
